Nikki Swisher became a resident of Rocky Top in April 2001 after
marrying Michael Swisher, a lifelong resident. Together, they have
been blessed with three teenage daughters. She is a graduate of
Tennessee Technological University, earning a degree in
Multidisciplinary Studies for grades 1-8.
With a passion for education and community service, Nikki
dedicated 25 years to elementary education, serving as a mentor
teacher through the University of Tennessee. She also contributed to
school leadership as a member of the Leadership Team, oversaw the
Recycle Club, and sponsored Kids for Christ.
Beyond the classroom, Nikki has been an active member of Main
Street Baptist Church, where she has served in the children’s ministry,
including the nursery, Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, and as
an ambassador for Choices Resource Center.
In early 2024, Nikki embraced a new opportunity to apply her years
of experience in education and mentorship in a broader capacity,
stepping into the role of Executive Director for the Anderson County
Boys & Girls Club. In this position, she remains dedicated to
empowering and inspiring young people to reach their full potential.
