Small Business Development
The Anderson County Chamber of Commerce encourages small business development through a team effort with the East Tennessee Development District’s Areawide Development Corporation and Roane State Community College’s Tennessee Small Business Development Center. The Chamber hosts small business development seminars throughout the year. Counseling sessions for small business owners and entrepreneurs are available at the Chamber by appointment. Learn More
Young Professionals of Anderson County
The Young Professionals of Anderson County began their program in 2015. Since, their inception they have created their own board of directors, held a “Casino Night” and a networking Business After Hours Event. It is our belief that a community influenced by young professionals is a community that attracts and retains them. The core of our agenda is the belief that the more informed, involved, and networked young professionals are, the more influence they will have on the community. Learn More

This prestigious program, limited to 25 participants, is designed to develop emerging leaders and promote the importance and strengths of our community. The program offers participants an opportunity to better understand community dynamics, build their community connection to local business and industry, refine their knowledge of local and state government, and stimulate future participation and commitment to their community.
