As an advocate for career and technical education, Sally is passionate about adult learners seeking a new career pathway or upskilling in their current profession. She is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and the University of Kentucky where she obtained a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and Public Financial Management. Sally and her husband proudly call East Tennessee home.
