Marketing Your Business Online: Techniques for Twitter

The Anderson County Chamber of Commerce welcomes Daniel Monday from Slamdot, who will present this month’s seminar series Marketing Your Business Online: Techniques for Twitter”, scheduled for Wednesday, May 21, from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. at the Chamber office.

Tweets, Hashtags, Followers, oh my! The lingo may be confusing, but if you don’t know what any of these mean, and why they’re important, then you should consider learning how Twitter can grow your business, and improve the connection with your prospects, customers, and supporters. With over 500 million tweets sent per day worldwide, and over 230 active users, there’s a chance you’re missing an opportunity to further communicate your message to the world, locally or otherwise.

Twitter is a real-time conversation going on around the world and in our neighborhood, covering topics that matter most to people. Fortunately, you can get involved in that conversation to join the community, and strengthen your brand awareness in the process, as it will help build your business, your relationships, and even allow you to gather feedback and ideas from a huge network! To learn how it can benefit your personal brand, your business, or both, then please join us at the Anderson County Chamber for a FREE SlamCamp presented by Slamdot on how to get started with Twitter, build a base of followers and begin conquering the Twitterverse.

Free to Chamber members – $10 for non-Chamber members. Limited number of seats available.  Reserve your space for this valuable presentation by Tuesday, May 20.  Call the Chamber at 865-457-2559 or email:  accc@andersoncountychamber.org to reserve.
