20th Annual Clinch River Antique Festival came back bigger and better!
The Anderson County Chamber of Commerce would like to thank all who attended the 20th Annual Clinch River Antiques Festival, Friday and Saturday, October 1 and 2, in Historic Downtown Clinton. Friday morning started off beautiful with many patrons on the streets by noon followed by live entertainment that evening and the beer garden downtown. Overcast, but warm weather increased the number of attendees who joined us on Saturday. Local businesses and visiting vendors were pleased with their sales. Please join me in thanking the festival sponsors, Historic Sponsor: Eagle Bend Manufacturing, Inc. Heritage Sponsors: 3M Company, The Lantern at Morning Pointe, Y-12 Federal Credit Union. I express my special thanks and appreciation to the Chamber Staff, Janet Hawkins, Jared Forgety, Jackie Patton, Marsha Stapleton, Katherine Birkbeck and Chamber Intern, Aubree Lewis. Their contribution was major. They spent many hours in the weeks prior to the festival problem solving, coordinating, attending to last minute details, facilitated vendors, sponsors, entertainment, logistics and additional vendor space, plus they were on-site all-day Friday and Saturday.
